Authorized use
Use SEP only for a business and connected account you are authorized to operate. Do not probe another tenant, bypass access controls, impersonate a customer, or submit credentials through a customer conversation.
Service terms
These operating conditions describe current early-access use. Binding commercial or data terms come only from a separate written agreement that identifies the parties and applicable law; this page does not invent them.
Use SEP only for a business and connected account you are authorized to operate. Do not probe another tenant, bypass access controls, impersonate a customer, or submit credentials through a customer conversation.
Each participating business controls its services, products, policies, channel connections, staff access, and approved customer-facing behavior. The business remains responsible for reviewing high-impact decisions and handling customer requests.
SEP may generate or assist with replies within configured boundaries. Model output does not grant authority, and sensitive or unsupported work may be declined, paused, or handed to a person.
Use of Meta, Shopify, and other connected services is also subject to the account owner's agreement with those providers. A provider shown in code or setup is not necessarily active or externally certified.
SEP is in controlled early access. Features may be limited, changed, paused, or unavailable while provider and Production evidence is still being established. Public pricing, service levels, and certifications are not implied.
These minimum operating conditions do not replace commercial, data-processing, or other written terms agreed for an organization. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement remains the specific authority for that relationship.
